Specification:
2 year Raritan Hardware Warranty Standard European service includes :

- Follow the clock telephone technical support ( 2 year ) Raritan only work 9-5 Hours in Europe. However 24/7 online support is open on the Raritan website and may be answered by the US

- Free Repair return to base ( 2 year ) Raritan will arrange a free collection of the unit from any address in the Country of the Original selling Distributor and take the unit for repair, then when repaired product sent back to the customer site within Europe.

- Option of Advance replacement on condition the faulty Product is return to Raritan Europe Hub responsibility of the customer or the new replacement shall be charged at current price. Advanced value PO/ card cover may be required.
