We have created a Charged service for a FEDEX collection of your faulty product and delivery back to Raritan Central EU taking away some of the hassle from you and your site personal and instead we manage your return processes. With fast arrangement of an advance replacement unit. No matter where or who you bought your product from we can help.
Just give us your products serial number..
WHY
Raritan products are covered as standard by a two year return to base warranty. However if you have a faulty product within this warranty period you can as included have the item collected and wait for the repaired item to return. Alternativeley or if you require an advance replacement to arrange and pay the cost to return of the faulty item to Raritan Europe or through your original supplier asap not be charged for the that replacement item. However if the old item is not returned or not within warranty you will be charged fully for the replacement item.
*This return action must be done within 10 days of the new repalcements delivery.

A collection and delivery service of your faulty product to be returned to Raritan Central EU,
This collection service from our UK Hub is currently only available to customers in UK and Ireland.
STAGE 1:
A technical call assessment is made regarding your fault to make sure it cannot be reset or fixed without returning.
STAGE 2 .
Then a fault ticket number is issued.
STAGE 3.
We can then issue a Return Authorization Number
Your ADVANCE replacement item value has to be covered temporarily on credit card or PO. for the time between your replacement product being supplied and your faulty unit being transported back to Raritan EU
STAGE 4.
Place your item/ product to be returned into the new items box and affix the supplied return paperwork to the outside. Make sealed ready for the FEDEX collection.
STAGE 5.
Then with the safe return of your old product to Raritan now completed and confirmation that the correct item serial number within warranty intensified this product value is credited back to you.
* Please note if the product is not made available for us to collect from you within 10 days then the new unit value is chargeable in full.
This service is a Delivery advancement of Raritan's European warranty. We cannot be responsible for Raritan's stock availability at any time of the replacement product.
