Description:
Versatile Design — In commercial applications it can be helpful to use a DVI connector instead of an HDMI connector for a more secure connection. The DVI-8511c adapter cable allows products that use a DVI-D male connector to interconnect with products that have a female HDMI connector. This 10-inch dongle is constructed using lightweight 28 AWG wire, which provides the flexibility needed in order to reduce strain on the port of the connected device. These features make the DVI-8511c the ideal solution for applications that require the use of secure DVI connectors for HDMI signal distribution.
Features:
• Enables connection of a DVI-D copper or fiber cable to a device with an HDMI female connector.
• This adapter will ONLY work with DVI-D digital signals. Analog connections are not supported.
• This adapter will ONLY work with Single-Link connections. Dual-Link connections are not supported.
